Room rates are quoted as single or double occupancy. All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 4 individuals per room. Extra charges include:
- Children under 6 are Free
- Children 6 – 16 are an additional $10 per night
- Adults are an additional $20 per night
- Taxes additional
Walk-in and single night Rates are $20 higher per night than multiple night advance reservations.
Specials and Packages are not available without advance reservations.
For non-holiday periods, there is no penalty for reservations that are cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of the total amount of the reservation. Cancellations made less than 7 days will forfeit the full amount. All early departures will be charged for the full length of the reservation.
For holiday periods (Christmas week and Presidents’ week) a deposit equal to the full amount of the stay is charged on December 1 for Christmas week reservations or on January 15 for Presidents’ week reservations, a $25 per room night cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations made prior to those dates. There are no refunds for cancellations made after the deposit is charged. There are no refunds for early departures.
A valid credit or debit card in the guest’s name must be presented at check-in.
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out arrangements require advance notification and may incur an additional charge.
Sorry, we do not accept pets but would be happy to recommend a local sitter.
The entire Lodge is Non-Smoking. This policy is strictly enforced at all times. Skis, poles, snowboards, and bicycles are not permitted inside the guest rooms. Storage space is available if needed.
The Lodge is licensed by the State of Vermont for the sale of beer and wine. As such, beverages purchased from us may be enjoyed throughout the Lodge. You may bring your own personal alcoholic beverages into the Lodge, however, they may only be consumed in your guest room. They may not be brought into any of the Lodge’s common areas, including the pool and hot tub.
